As a member of our Top Performing Retail Team, you will work in a Retail Store with oversight and responsibility for increasing sales, focusing on customer service and following through as a team player. The ideal candidate for this Retail Associate position is independent, ambitious and driven to succeed with strong sales skills and the confidence to influence key decision makers at the store level. We have retail stores in Lampasas, Burnet, Marble Falls, Kingsland, and Llano
Responsibilities:
-Take exceptional care of our clients
-Meet and exceed sales goals
-Communicate effectively with team and with all customers, building rapport with customers and team
Salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
-Aggressive self-starter with a strong bias for action and results orientation
-Attention to detail
-Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills; position requires daily discussions with customers at all personnel levels
-Ability to work independently, but also successful team building skills
-High School Diploma or equivalent
