What Helps Before You Drop Off
Tell us about any stain you know of, and what caused it if you know.
Attach a note to any garment that needs special instructions.
Skip the home stain remedies. They can set a stain or damage the fabric, which makes it harder for us to remove.
Leave the care label in place. We clean each garment according to its label.
If You Use Pickup and Delivery
On your service day, place your garments in your Spring Cleaners garment bag at your pickup spot. You do not have to be home. Give us clear instructions for where and when to pick up, and we take it from there. See how free pickup and delivery works.
What We Do Next
Every order is inspected and entered into our system. Pockets are checked, stains and any damage are noted, and each piece gets a barcode so it is tracked through cleaning, pressing and final inspection.
