We’re excited to introduce our monthly Clean Club membership savings program! We’ve creatively packaged all our services to create three high-value subscription plans. Regardless of the plan you choose, you’ll receive exclusive member-only benefits with unbeatable savings not available to regular customers. There’s something for everyone here and more value than you can imagine.

Joining Clean Club is easier now than ever!  You can request membership online by simply following the link below or set up a membership with a team member at any Spring Cleaners location. On your first visit to a Spring Cleaners location, a team member will setup your account and enroll you in convenient monthly billing.  Afterwards, the savings are automatically deducted from each garment cleaning order you pick up after processing!

Plus Membership Package  

Our Plus Membership package offers customers 15% savings on everyday Dry Cleaning, Laundry, and Household cleaning services.  In addition, members also receive a “Clean out your Closet” special where you get 50% off all garments you drop on during one visit, once per year.  

Premium Membership Package  

Our Premium Membership package offers customers 25% savings on everyday Dry Cleaning, Laundry, and Household cleaning services.  Members also receive a “Clean out your Closet” special where you save 50% on all garments dropped off during one visit, twice per year.  We have many customers who take advantage of this offering when they switch their closet in the fall and spring!

Platinum Membership Package  

Our Platinum Membership package offers customers 30% savings on everyday Dry Cleaning, Laundry, and Household cleaning services.  Members also receive a “Clean out your Closet” special where you save 50% on all garments dropped off during one visit, twice per year. In addition to these great benefits, Platinum level members will get one free monthly comforter cleaning.  By joining our Clean Club, you can save even more on our already great prices!

Membership Price Savings

The Details

  1. Memberships are on a month-to-month basis with convenient monthly billing and can be canceled any time. 
  2. Memberships are not prorated if a user cancels halfway through their 30 day billing cycle.
  3. Memberships require a card on file and will be automatically billed on the 30 day anniversary of signup and will continue until a customer suspends or cancels their membership. 
  4. Customers are allowed to change membership plans, but cannot change more than 3 times in a calendar year.
  5. Customers need to to give Spring Cleaners five (5) days notice prior to their next membership invoicing of their desire to cancel membership.
  6. Customers cannot combine a membership package with any other discounts to receive any discount greater than their current membership package allows. 
  7. Emails addresses are required for periodic communications and updates to membership packages. 
  8. Service is one account per customer, but members of the same household are encouraged to share an account.  
  9. Non-members are not allowed to use members accounts unless they are in the same household.
  10.  Platinum level members receive one free comforter cleaning per month.  Unused cleanings do not roll over to the next month.
  11. Monthly savings is calculated as average monthly savings for an average customer, and will be different for each customer’s usage.
  12. Businesses or groups are not eligible for membership packages.
  13. The “Clean out your Closet” promotion is defined as 50% off all the garments a customer drops off at the cleaners on one visit 1X or 2X per year (depending on their plan).  This promotion is intended to be a Spring & Fall closet turn over and thus is available to be used once anytime from January 1st until June 30th and once anytime from July 1st until December 30th annually. Limit is 200 pieces per customer per usage.
  14.  Spring Cleaners reserves the right to cancel or suspend a customer’s membership at any time.

Clean Club Questions

Tell me about the personalized laundry bag?
Members of our Premium and Platinum plans will receive a personalized laundry bag with a name tag to use to bring their clothes to the cleaners.
Can my spouse use my membership?
Yes! A spouse can use your membership as long as they drop off under the members name. Unfortunately, our system cannot track who's is married to who and can only associate a membership with a specific individual.
What happens if I forget to update my credit card?
This actually happens more than you would think. If we have difficulty running your card, someone from our concierge team will be reaching out to update your card information. We understand you have a busy life!
Do I have to set up my membership on autopay?
Yes. Membership is required to be on autopay for the duration of the membership. We simply do not have the resources to track hundreds of people down monthly to renew memberships.
Can I combine my existing discount with a membership plan?
Unfortunately not. We do not allow customers to combine memberships with existing discount plans such as educator or law enforcement.
Can my business sign up for a membership plan?
We currently do not allow businesses to sign up for membership plans. However, we do offer complimentary pickup and delivery to businesses in select communities. If your business has a decent volume of activity for processing, please reach out to use personally and we'll see what we can do to give you a price break!

What happens if I do not use my free comforter cleaning one month?
Unfortunately the free comforter cleanings for Platinum level members do not roll over or accrue on the next month's cycle. Unused cleanings will be lost.
Is my membership good at other Spring Cleaners locations?
Yes, you monthly membership is tied to your account and is universal at all Spring Cleaners locations. If you move, we can transfer you primary account to a different store and pick up where you left off!
Can I use my clean club membership with your Route service?
Absolutely! Customers on our Complimentary Route service are encouraged to use our Clean Club membership plans. You get the Clean Club benefits with the convenience of door to door service!
Are memberships prorated if I cancel half way through the month?
Unfortunately not. We ask that customers give us a seven day notice prior to the end of their billing cycle if they intend to cancel service. Service is billed month to month on monthly increments.
How do I update my email address?
You can update your email address on file anytime by simply letting our retain associate know you want to update your account.
