Ready times depend on the item and the location. Our Lampasas store offers same-day service: drop off by 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday, and your order is ready by 5:00 PM.

Same-day service is offered at the Lampasas store only. Same-day service and turnaround times depend on workload, equipment availability and the type of garment, and certain items may need more time.
Items That Take Longer
Household items such as blankets, comforters and bedspreads may take up to five business days.
Wedding gowns and other preservation items can take up to two weeks.
How You Will Know Your Order Is Ready
Sign up for our free Order Ready Alerts and we will tell you by text, email or app notification the moment your order is done. When you drop off at any other store, ask the counter when your order will be ready.
Pickup and Delivery Orders
If you use our free pickup and delivery, your finished garments come back on your next scheduled service day. Free pickup and delivery is offered in Marble Falls, Burnet, Meadowlakes and Horseshoe Bay only, every Tuesday and Friday.
