Spring Cleaners candidates are organized, self-motivated, and friendly. As a member of our production team, you will focus on the cleaning and pressing of our client’s clothing. The ideal candidate for the Production Team Member position has a great attitude and is a team-minded person who cares about quality and efficient workmanship.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:
– Ability to press or learn how to press a variety of garments
– Ability to receive and respond to constructive feedback about performance
– Sorts all soiled laundry into appropriate categories. Lifts and carries loads of laundry to and from cleaning equipment.
– Washes, dries and folds all laundry neatly and properly.
– Keeps all laundry and cleaning supplies stocked and stores properly.
– Keeps all equipment clean and reports maintenance problems to supervisor.

Qualifications:
– No prior plant laundry experience required
– Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred
– Ability to work in a high heat environment
– Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
– Must be able to work starting in the early morning
– Excellent attention to detail
